Mediator

Susan Deveney is a private mediator of national prominence in the United States. An attorney-mediator for 20 years, Susan has mediated thousands of divorce and business cases and disputes. More than 98% of her cases are successfully mediated to conclusion, meaning that all issues which are in dispute are resolved to the satisfaction of the parties involved. Many of Susan's cases are referrals from satisfied clients and from her professional peers.

The Founder of Divorce...Simply Done, LLC, www.DivorceSimplyDone.com Susan has launched the first ever divorce resource center in which divorcing spouses can find all services relevant to divorce, e.g., mediation, legal, financial, counselling, all in one convenient location. There are already a number of Divorce...Simply Done centers in a number of states and additional information about this revolutionary method for ending a marriage relationship can be found at www.DivorceSimplyDone.com or by calling 1-800-306-1020. Interested parties may also follow on Twitter @DivorceSimply.

Susan is frequently called upon to advise fellow attorneys and fellow mediators across the country in the practice and art of business and divorce mediation. She offers mediation training in private and through seminars (www.ConflictResolutionTraining.com) to these and other professionals who wish to become mediators or become better mediators.

Susan has been a guest on national television programs, statewide television programming and talk radio. She has lectured and participated as a panel member in professional forums and she has been a "career day" guest lecturer in elementary and middle schools.

She makes her home in the State of Rhode Island where she maintains a private mediation practice. Outside of work, Susan stays involved in her community. She authored legislation for the funding and creation of a conflict resolution pilot program for children in the State of Rhode Island, which was overwhelmingly passed. She spearheaded one project to offer free lead screening to children in her community and another project to build a badly-needed playground for children in another community.

Susan has recently written a handbook for couples wishing to save money on divorce. The handbook provides divorcing couples with the information they need to work out the terms of their divorce on their own.  It is available by calling 1-800-306-1020 or writing to Susan Deveney's office at 1395 Atwood Avenue, Suite 207, Johnston, RI 02919.

Additional information and resources for divorcing couples are available on the divorce mediation ri website: www.divorcemediationri.com
